Our global network enables medical repatriations and transfers to be successfully undertaken anywhere in the world from Antarctica to within the Arctic Circle either through dedicated air ambulances or via medically-escorted evacuations on scheduled or chartered airlines. Our own fleet of Beech King Air planes operates within Europe and North Africa. These aircraft are selected for being the safest and most suitable aircraft for efficient patient evacuation.

On the ground, we have a multilingual call centre available 24/7, and a medical operations teams who have proven knowledge of the scope of medical services available in a region and are often able to mitigate costs by recommending a local air ambulance transfer to an appropriate treatment centre for stabilization rather than all the way home. Any transfers subsequently can be by less expensive means. Our medical experts call local facilities to gain the intelligence required to efficiently and safely affect the transfer.
